3. User Responsibilities

As a client of Chooseroyal LLC, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated documentation (MC Authority, W-9, proof of insurance, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations.
  • Use our services for legal, authorized, and ethical purposes only.
  • Maintain professionalism in all dealings with shippers, brokers, and carriers.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Our dispatch services are offered at competitive industry rates.
  • Fees are based on a percentage per load dispatched (details will be clearly outlined in your signed service agreement).
  • Payments are due according to the agreed terms in your service agreement. Additional charges may apply if specified in your contract.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of services.

5. Service Agreements

Before services commence, each client must enter into a formal service agreement with Chooseroyal LLC. This agreement will outline:

  • Scope of work
  • Payment structure and terms
  • Responsibilities of both parties

We reserve the right to update or revise agreements as necessary, with notice provided to clients.

6. Confidentiality

We value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal and business information. Chooseroyal LLC will not share or disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to carry out the agreed services.

7. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.

  • Load cancellations or service delays

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the service in dispute.

  • Any disputes between you and brokers, shippers, or carriers

Any disputes related to these Terms of Service or the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will take place in Billings, MT, and will be governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
